Here are the rules and instructions to participation in the Summer Celebration Slow Speed Scrap Challenge:

Create a layout following the 7 instructions below.

Layouts should be made with 100% Kellybell products or freebies. You must include some Kellybell Designs elements/papers and not just photos/clipart only.

Create a new layout for this challenge. Do not use a quick page or submit a previously created layout. It is OK to use a template from another designer.

You are welcome to submit more than 1 layout.

Post your layout in the Speed Scrap Gallery at Kellybell Designs by midnight EST Saturday August 5th. Make sure you select “Speed Scrap Gallery” when you upload your layout.

On Sunday, August 6th, the participation prizes will be emailed.
Follow these 7 instruction to create your Slow-Speed Scrap layout:
1. Theme: Disney rides
2. Photos: Use 4 or more photos.
3. Papers: Use at least one striped paper.
4. Elements: Use at least 4 stars and 4 flowers.
5. Big: Make your title large. You can use a word art title or make one yourself with alphas or text.
6. Color: Use at least 1 individual/unique purple element. This purple element cannot be one of your stars/flowers.
7. Finish: Complete your layout with as many other decorative elements/papers as you’d like.
Here’s the participation prize you’re playing for. Everyone who submits a layout following the instructions posted will receive a participation prize.
