We were at Magic Kingdom and I was trying to get my little to pull the sword from the stone but he was against it so I told him I would go first to show him there wasn’t anything to be afraid of. When I got up there I started to pull (expecting it not to move) and I pulled the sword from the stone!!

We already had a vacation planned in December for my birthday when I had unplanned surgery in early November. I spent the week at Disney on a scooter. It was parked in a front row area for the parade and as Santa passed he spotted my Birthday button and wished me Happy Birthday for all to hear.

My daughter and I found Mulan as she was preparing to come out to greet everyone. She spent some extra time with us one and one and we then came out together to meet the rest of our family in the que.

A cast member noticed my birthday button and as they passed me said Happy Birthday. A little girl walking in front of me stopped dead in her tracks turned around and also wished me Happy Birthday. The way her eyes lit up as she said it was just as magical as when the cast members do!

Surprising our daughter with a trip in 2009 was one of my favorite memories of our Disneyworld trips! Priceless!

We were looking at The Riviera just for fun and in walked Goofy, Pluto, and Donald! I was able to get some cute pictures of them and my husband (and selfies with me) without waiting in line. It was just a fun random ray of Disney magic!

Taking our granddaughters to Disneyworld for the first time, one my most magical memories to date. They were just amazed with the park and had such a great time!

Running across the finish line in 2018 at the WDW Marathon. I had just completed my first Dopey and I couldn’t stop crying. It was so magical for me, being at my favorite place, and doing one of the hardest things I’ve every done!

We were on our way to the airport when I realized that I had forgotten our Magic Bands on our kitchen island. I was worried what would happen when we got to our resort.
Everything turned out fine. The person helping us was super helpful and gave us new bands.
I had thought the beginning of our vacation would be time consuming with my mistake, but it wasn’t. We were able to go to a park and enjoy part of our evening. -
My all time favorite memory was from back in day before meet and greets. You would just see characters walking around if you were lucky. We were on Main street walking along and I felt a tap on my shoulder and here it was Goofy 🙂 I was so thrilled that was my first character encounter I got my photo with Goofy!!!!!

Before we did meet and greets when my daughters were a older. The one time on the street we ran into Mary Poppins my girls did not know who she was. She was so sweet to them she knelt down to my little ones level and explained to them about herself. They were so memorized and wanted to learn so much about her. She spent so much time with them it was so impressive. We were heading to the train station next and she asked if she may walk with my little one. It is the cutest thing seeing her hold my daughters hand as her little legs climbed the stairs. To me it was the best experience in all the times we have gone to WDW. After that trip they wanted anything they could to get to learn more about her. They still remember that experience.

My husband and I went to Magic Kingdom on our honeymoon in February 1982. It was the only park at that time. Epcot opened the following October.
When we went to Disney World in 1993, my oldest daughter was a huge Winnie-the-Pooh fan. We ran into Pooh and Eeyore when there were no other guests around. Pooh acted so surprised as he took in my daughter who had a Pooh hat, Pooh backpack, and a Pooh outfit. He literally got down on his hands & knees and was bowing to her. She loved it! We can’t talk about Disney without remembering that fun experience.

Taking my daughter and her family to WDW was definitely special for me…..she has been obsessed with Beauty and the Beast since she was a little……so being able to get reservations for dinner with the Beast was a nice surprise for her….but for me seeing her face when the Beast himself came out and over to our table was truly a memory I will cherish forever…the grand kids were pretty excited as well.
