We’ve been to WDW a couple of times on Memorial Day weekend. Our schools are closed for summer vacation by that time where many schools in other states haven’t started their summer break. That usually means the crowds are less along with the fact that the temps are usually not as warm as they are in June, July and August.
I also like to go visit my best friend over holiday weekends!
We haven’t actually been in Disney on an actual holiday, but during holiday seasons. Twice we’ve been in WDW in December, during the Christmas season and for the MNSSHP. We’ve also been there in late September/October for the fall/Halloween decorations and party.
Love to travel to Disney world during Halloween not so scary
Because of our jobs, Thanksgiving & Christmas breaks are usually when we can go to Disney but I do LOVE Halloween & wish I could go there during that time.
Unfortunately we have never been there for a holiday but have always wanted to go there for Christmas
I traveled to Disney late October to celebrate Halloween. We stayed until November 4 and saw the Christmas decorations. I would love to go and be able to attend a Disney Christmas party.
I do spend Christmas with my family. So no I have never been to Disney for a holiday, but I was in Disneyland for one day during the Christmas holiday in 1967. I was a going to the Rose Bowl and my host family took me the Disney.
I do not want to got to Disney during the actual holiday because of the crowds. I am 77 years old. LOL
