Traditional paper scrappers can easily use digital files to print and cut their own paper embellishments. Digital files offers paper scrappers more flexibility and allows you to broaden your choices when making a paper layout. Once you understand that these digital files can be turned into paper embellishments, then you’ve now got a much wider selection to create your Disney memories! The fabulous thing about using digital files is that you can resize each item as big or small as you need, and you can use it over and over again.
Today I’m thrilled to share with you 2 sets of videos from our newest Creative Team members, Shannon and Theresa, sharing their scrap with me process videos making paper layouts. It’s just so much fun to watch how a random bunch of cut elements, papers, and photos can be crafted into a beautiful paper layout.
First up is CT Member Theresa’s darling paper layout of Tinker Bell. She used the Nice To Meet You Tinker Bell mini kit and the Title It Characters Tink And Friends word art. Such a sweet and beautiful page!
Here’s a quick peek into several of the cut elements she used and a few papers. She added lots of dimension to the page by using pop dots, textured paper, and bent edges. Click HERE to watch her YouTube scrap with me process video on how this beautiful paper layout was created.
Now let’s check out this fabulous 2-page paper layout from CT Member Shannon using the Pizza Party collection. It’s a paper layout that she printed and cut with her Cricut and added in some texture and dimension. Just looking at her page makes me hungry!
CT Member Shannon is our newest team member and she’ll be focusing on making video tutorials. Today she’s sharing her 2 part video series showing how she made this 2-page pizza themed layout.
Video Tutorial Part One – This video describes how to use Cricut software to import digital files, how to cut with the Cricut, and how to add dimension to paper elements. Shannon will show all the cut elements, paper, and titles she’ll need for her layout. Click HERE or on the image to watch this video.
