Here are the rules and instructions to participation in the Anniversary Slow Speed Scrap Challenge:

Create a layout following the 7 instructions below.

Layouts should be made with 100% Kellybell products or freebies. You must include some Kellybell Designs elements/papers and not just photos/clipart only.

Create a new layout for this challenge. Do not use a quick page or submit a previously created layout. It is OK to use a template from another designer.

You are welcome to submit more than 1 layout.

Post your layout into the Speed Scrap Gallery at Kellybell Designs by midnight EST Saturday 7/26. Make sure you select “Speed Scrap Gallery” when you upload your layout.

The participation prizes will be emailed out on Sunday.
Follow these 7 instruction to create your Slow Speed Scrap layout:
1. Theme: Disney Ride
2. Photos: Use 5 or more photos.
3. Frame: Use a frame element (not a paper matting) on at least one photo.
4. Title: Make it big.
5. Florals: Use at least 5 flowers.
6. Ribbons/Paper Strips: Use at least 3 ribbons or paper strips.
7. Finish: Complete your layout with as many other decorative elements/papers and journaling as you’d like.
