Answer questions about scrapbooking and your experiences with Kellybell Designs.

Click HERE to access the survey using Google Forms. Filling out the form should take about 5-10 minutes.

Deadline: Friday, 8/14 midnight EST

All valid submissions will receive a participation prize and will be eligible for the random drawing of a $10 gift card.

On Saturday, August 15th, the random winner will be announced, and participation prizes will be emailed.
