Show Me a Princess!

Having a new blog and gallery allows me to offer so many cool new features — the very first of which we are kicking off today.  I’m so excited to announce my very first monthly blog challenge!  This month’s challenge is called Show Me A Princess!  You know how much I love princesses and having 3 daughters means there’s always a Disney princess show on or someone running around the house in a princess costume!!  I’ve got so many amazing kits in the store that are perfect for scrapping your princess pages.
I can’t wait to see what you can come up with.
Here’s the scoop about the challenge rules and instructions to play:
  • Scrap your best Disney princess page using 100% Kellybell products and freebies (you are allowed to use a template from another designer)
  • Post your layout into the Challenges Gallery at Kellybell Designs by midnight EST Feb 29th
  • Follow these 3 instructions:  Layouts must contain at least 2 photos of a real Disney princesses (no movie posters or cartoons for a photo).  Include at least 3 sets of clusters.  Use at least 4 papers.
  • There are 10 Disney Princesses:  Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Snow White and Tiana.
Two winners will be selected and announced the first week of March.  One winner will be chosen at random so all participants have a chance to win. The second winner will be selected as the most outstanding layout.
Both winners will receive a gift certificate to my store.
Take a look at all the princess kits I have available to use.  Of course, you can mix and match from any of my products, even my freebies and participation prizes.

  1. Thanks for the challenge Kelly, I usually don’t scrap a lot of princesses although I have tons of pictures of them. So this was fun to do!

  2. I have never done a challenge of any kind on any site before. Can we use fonts for journaling that are not from a Kellybell kit? What about for writing a title? There’s no alpha set with the Blooming in Adversity kit and I am scrapping Mulan & Mushu. Thanks!

  3. HI Kelly,
Thanks for the challenge, I did my LO with just two papers, so I just uploaded a new one with 4 papers, should I erase the first one?

  4. Hi Kelly! Thanks for the challenge! I had a lot of fun with it! Are you accepting more than one layout per person? I already uploaded one, but played with something completely different that I think I like better. 😉
